Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and API keys secure.
  • Notify us immediately at support@bulkurlindexertool.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The Service

The Service lets you submit URLs, including your own pages and backlinks on third-party websites, to multiple indexing and discovery channels, and to track the progress of those submissions. Features, engine counts, and daily URL limits depend on your plan, as described on our Pricing page.

No Guarantee of Indexing

Search engines independently decide whether, when, and how to crawl, index, or rank any page. We do not own or control any search engine.

We do not guarantee that any URL will be crawled, indexed, or ranked,

or that it will happen within a particular time. Indexing results depend on factors outside our control, including page quality, technical setup, and search engine policies.

Plans, Limits, and Fair Use

  • Each plan includes a daily URL limit and a set number of indexing engines and campaigns.
  • URLs submitted beyond your daily limit may be queued or rejected until the limit resets.
  • We may apply reasonable technical limits, including API rate limits, to protect the Service for all users.
  • Payment, billing, and refund terms are set out in our Payment Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to submit or promote URLs that:

  • Contain or link to malware, phishing, or other harmful code
  • Host illegal content, or content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Contain child sexual abuse material, content promoting violence or terrorism, or other content prohibited by law
  • Are part of spam campaigns, hacked websites, or pages you have no right to promote

You also agree not to resell or share access to the Service without an Enterprise white-label agreement, attempt to bypass plan limits or security measures, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or overload our systems. We may remove URLs, suspend campaigns, or close accounts that break these rules.

Your Content and Data

You keep all rights to the URLs and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit that data to indexing channels solely to provide the Service. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

API, Webhooks, and White-Label Use

API access and webhooks are available on eligible plans and must be used in line with our documentation and rate limits. White-label use is available only on the Enterprise plan. Additional terms for white-label use, service level commitments (SLA), and custom integrations may be set out in a separate written agreement, which takes priority if it conflicts with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, logos, and the Bulk URL Indexer Tool name, is owned by [Company Legal Name] and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service interacts with search engines, indexing protocols, and payment providers that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these third parties.

Suspension and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, rankings, or traffic. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, the URLs you submit, or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes
